IRONMAN 70.3 Western Massachusetts

This early season event was a hit in the inaugural year, providing athletes with a perfectly situated tune-up race to IRONMAN Lake Placid and a wholesome New England journey from start to finish. Immerse yourself in clean down river water for a 1.2 mile swim in the Connecticut River setting the stage for a refreshing 56-mile bike ride that rolls into the countryside passing through New England’s charming farms and landscapes. The 13.1 mile run goes along the riverbank with the city’s vibrant atmosphere cheering you along every step of the way with an electric finish line in downtown Springfield.
