Limited complimentary accessible parking is available across from the MassMutual Center box office at the Bruce Landon Way surface lot (East Court Lot - 22 Bruce Landon Way). If you require accessible parking, a limited number of spaces will be available in this lot. You will be required to show your accessible vehicle hang tag to gain access to the lot.

Should the East Court Lot reach full capacity by your time of arrival to the MassMutual Center and you still require accessible parking, city street accessible spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on the corner of Bruce Landon Way and Dwight Street. • Signs, Flags, or Banners exceeding 11” x 17” or attached to a pole/stick. Signs must be relevant to event. Signs may not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by MassMutual Center Management. Management reserves the right to prohibit or remove a sign or banner at any time. 

See the game from the team bench! Includes one seat on the bench, meet & greet, autographs and VIP gift pack. Each guest receives a Globetrotters replica jersey, tour program, VIP lanyard with marker (merchandise items distributed on arrival).  For more info, email info@harlemglobetrotters.com.  (Limited capacity = 8).  Children under age 10 are not allowed to sit on the bench unaccompanied (parent/guardian must also have a Bench ticket).  Check in at announcer’s table 45 mins before game time.

Magic Pass event takes place from 1:30 PM-2:00 PM. Calling all hoop lovers! This is your chance to show that you've got GAME. Bring the fam and join the Harlem Globetrotters and Washington Generals on the court before the game to show your skills, shoot some hoops, and get player autographs and photos! The one-of-a-kind 30-minute pre-game, MAGIC PASS begins 90 minutes before tip-off and will create memories you'll never forget. Because this event takes place prior to doors opening, EVERYONE entering the venue early must have a game ticket AND Magic Pass for entry. This includes all children as well as the parent(s)/guardian(s) wishing to accompany them into the building. If you plan on attending Magic Pass, please make sure you have BOTH tickets. NO EXCEPTIONS. Soft/rubber soled shoes must be worn on court. Late arrivals will not be refunded.

Before you see them on the court, take an exclusive look at some of the behind-the-court magic that makes the Globetrotters unforgettable! A limited number of fans will get to interact with some of your favorite Globetrotters stars, get the inside scoop and take photos - plus receive a commemorative lanyard! The Behind-the-Court Meet and Greet begins 45 minutes before game time and lasts about 15 minutes. Please check-in courtside by the announcer's table banner immediately after doors open. EVERYONE participating in the Meet and Greet must have a game ticket AND Meet and Greet ticket. This includes all children as well as the parent(s)/guardian(s) wishing to accompany them to the Meet and Greet. Please make sure you have BOTH tickets. Children under 10 may not participate unaccompanied (parent/guardian must also have a Meet and Greet ticket).  NO EXCEPTIONS. Late arrivals will not be refunded.

The best access for the biggest fans! Celebrity Court Pass gets you on the court for an up-close view of the Harlem Globetrotters during their pregame warm-ups! You'll have exclusive access interact with the entire team while they warm-up their World Record-breaking shots, snap on-court photos and receive a commemorative lanyard! Warm-ups begin 30 minutes before game time and will last for 15 minutes. Please check-in courtside by the announcer's table banner immediately after doors open.
