Qualifications: To be eligible, new bookings must utilize meeting space at the MassMutual Center, with a minimum requirement of 40 rooms for 1 night or 25 rooms for 2 nights. Arrivals should be on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, with meetings concluding by 5 PM on Thursday. Additionally, a minimum of 75 attendees is required, and catering must be provided through our exclusive partner, OVG Hospitality.
Restrictions: Offers are not valid for previously booked events and are subject to availability at the MassMutual Center and partner hotels. These incentives do not apply on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, and room blocks must be sourced through our partner, Explore Western MA. Please note that incentives will be applied directly to the final invoice and have no cash value.
