Featuring 100,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, plus an 8,000 seat arena, MassMutual Center is owned by the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority and managed by MGM Springfield. 

The Mission of MassMutual Center is to generate significant economic impact for the residents of Western Massachusetts by providing high-quality facilities and services, recruiting and retaining the best staff, and creating a mix of entertainment and tourism activity that inspires residents and visitors to experience and enjoy downtown Springfield and Western Massachusetts. The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (MCCA) owns and oversees the operations of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC), the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center, MassMutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts and the Boston Common Garage. The BCEC and Hynes have earned a rare gold standard from the International Association of Congress Centres (AIPC), making Boston only the fourth city in North America and the 12th worldwide to have been awarded this top standard, the highest certification level a convention facility can achieve under strict AIPC guidelines. The MCCA’s mission is to generate significant regional economic activity by attracting conventions, trade shows, and other events to its world-class facilities while maximizing the investment return for the residents and businesses in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

MGM Springfield covers three city blocks in the heart of downtown Springfield, Massachusetts. Creating 3,000 permanent jobs and igniting a cultural and economic renaissance in a historic New England city, the resort, which combines new construction with revived historic buildings, offers more than 125,000 square feet of gaming space, a 240-room boutique hotel on Main Street, superior spa services, diverse retail and inspired dining headlined by award-winning Chef Michael Mina’s Cal Mare. MGM Springfield also features the seven-screen Regal luxury cinema complex, bowling lanes, a seasonal skating rink and outdoor marketplace displaying local art, events and talent. MGM Springfield opened on August 24, 2018.
