The MassMutual Center Box Office is located on Falcons Way between Main St. and Dwight St.

Hours of Operation
Administration Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Box Office Hours

Monday - Friday:  9:00am - 5:00;  Saturday:  10:00am - 4:00pm (September - May).  The Box Office hours will be extended on event days.

Ticket Ordering Information
Tickets for all MassMutual Center events can be purchased at the MassMutual Center Box Office, all area TicketMaster Outlets, and charge by phone at (413) 787-6600, (800) 639-8602, and (413) 733-2500. You may also log on to Ticketmaster.com.

Checks - with the proper identification and must be presented at least 7 days prior to an event.

Security Procedures
Guests attending MassMutual Center events are advised that bags, backpacks, luggage and like articles will be strictly prohibited from the facility. All guests will be subject to search, at the MassMutual Center's discretion, of their person and/or possessions (including women's handbags which may be allowed entry after such search). Patrons with prohibited articles will be turned away at the entrances and no storage or "check-in area" will be provided for such items. Enforcement will be without exceptions.
