ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Tickets for accessible seating can be purchased from the MassMutual Center Box Office by calling (413) 787-6600 or in person from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tickets for accessible seating can also be purchased on the Internet at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-298-4200. Subject to availability at the time of purchase, the MassMutual Center will make this seating available to patrons with disabilities and up to three (3) of their companions.  

If you have purchased, or otherwise acquired, a ticket to non-accessible seating, and you require accessible seating, the MassMutual Center will attempt to accommodate you and your companions if accessible seating comparable to that you purchased remains available. If such seating is not available, you and your companions will be offered available accessible seating in a non-comparable location. Because events held at the MassMutual Center sell out, however, including tickets reserved for accessible seating, it is advised that all accessible seating requests be made in advance. Exchanges of tickets to non-accessible seating for tickets to accessible seating are on a first-come, first-serve basis and there is no guarantee that accessible seating will be available.

CONCESSIONS
Concession locations, food and beverage kiosks, club room, and the bar are wheelchair accessible. All MassMutual concession stands accept debit and credit cards. For additional assistance, please contact a MassMutual team member.

ENTRANCES & ELEVATORS- All entrances for the MassMutual Center and the Convention Center are located on Falcons Way. Elevators are also located at this entrance.

FIRST AID
First Aid services are available during all events. The first aid station is located on the concourse of the MassMutual Center.

GUEST SERVICES
Guest Services is located behind Section 2 on the concourse of the MassMutual Center. The Guest Service staff will assist you with questions and Lost and Found inquiries during events. A calendar for upcoming events and general information regarding Springfield is also available.

IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY EVACUATION
Trained employees will assist with the evacuation of disabled patrons in the event of an emergency.

PARKING & DROP OFF AREAS
The MassMutual Center has a parking garage located directly across from the building with accessible parking on all levels. The MassMutual Center also offers convenient drop-off and pick-up areas for guests, taxis and limousines located along Falcons Way.  

RESTROOMS
All restrooms in the MassMutual Center are accessible to our guests with disabilities.

SERVICE ANIMALS
The MassMutual Center welcomes disabled patrons who need the assistance of a dog as a service animal if the dog has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the patron. If the patron’s disability is not obvious, MassMutual Center staff may inquire whether the dog is a service animal and/or what tasks the dog has been trained to perform. All other animals are prohibited (with the exception of miniature horses that have been trained as service animals). Guests using a service animal will be responsible for the animal’s care and supervision when present at the MassMutual Center. Guests with service animals will be asked to remove the service animal from the premises if the animal is out of control and the guest does not take effective action to control it (for example, a dog that barks repeatedly during a performance) or if the animal poses a direct threat to the health and safety of other patrons.
